Do What You Love and Starve
I came across this article today and it cracked me up, if only because of the title: Do What You Love and Starve
The hefty dose of cynicism aside, he actually makes some good points regarding how to make a career transition to ’something you like’, although I’m still an optimist that you can do what you love AND eat well.
I’ve been very busy the past few months - I’ve been to New Caledonia, Fiji, LA, Minneapolis and Las Vegas since October and it’s looking to be a hectic start to the new year too. I’m writing travel guides and marketing the honeymoon registry, along with some writing on the side for MSN, thanks to a wonderful introduction from Leif at KillingBatteries a few months ago. These are all things I love and I’m not starving, so I’ll argue Kiplinger’s a little longer
