Crab-Encrusted Fish
One of my favorite foodie blogs, Je Mange la Ville, posted an awesome receipe for crab-encrusted fish today. Ever time I look at her blog, I promise myself that I’m going to cook more. Like me, MLB is a huge fan of risotto. I tend to do better with that than seafood, so maybe I’ll start with one of her risotto creations first.
